Company Information	"Meyer Timber Pty. Ltd. was established in Melbourne 1975 by Mel and Marilyn Meyer . Since then we have bcome one of the largest wholesale operations in Australia and continue to grow. In August of 2007 we were delighted to add the staff of Structalam to the Meyer Timber Family under the banner of Meyer Structalam Pty. Ltd. This gives us a presence in the Sydney market. Meyer Timber is a general wholesler. We carry all of the material that would typically be carried in a Mitre10 or Bunnings. In addition we supply strongly into the Truss and Window manufacturering segment of the market. The range we carry continues to expand. In recent years we have become known for our distribution of LVL and I-beams and also for our pre-primed pine material. Most importantly our customers and suppliers find that we are good people to do business with."
