BDAV President Lindsay Douglas asked Victorians to cast their vote and celebrate the creativity and expertise of building designers across Victoria.

“The BDAV Building Design Awards recognise the ever-growing talent of building design professionals and their importance to the building industry, as well as their local communities,” Mr Douglas said.

“We are continually blown away by the high standard of entries we receive across all our award categories. Our building design community use innovation and creativity to produce cutting-edge design spaces while keeping sustainability front of mind.”

Last year’s winner of the People’s Choice Award was luxury home The Kangaroo Ground Pavilion, designed by S L Building Designs. The single-storey masterpiece boasts picturesque views of Nillumbik’s rolling green hills. AFL footballer Travis Cloke quickly snapped up the minimalist but contemporary home last year.
