Following on from Frame Australia’s conference in Melbourne a three-day tour is planned to visit Australia’s largest CLT plant in Wodonga and a number of mass and timber framed buildings in Sydney.

The tour commences in Melbourne, travelling by luxury coach to Wodonga to see XLAM’s CLT plant; following this, flights to Sydney have been arranged as well as overnight accommodation, if required.
The tour continues on Thursday 21 June and Friday 22 June, inspecting many buildings currently being constructed or recently completed in and around Sydney. The buildings range from cross laminated timber apartments, offices, schools and community halls as well as a laminated veneer lumber industrial shed and a 6 storey timber framed apartment building.

The tour is strictly limited to building design professionals: architects, developers, engineers, certifiers, cost planners, etc with an interest in timber design.

Cost of the tour includes a flight from Albury to Sydney and accommodation on Wednesday and Thursday nights in Sydney, breakfast, lunch and luxury bus travel. A reduce rate is available where accommodation is not required.
