WoodSolutions is offering a limited number of built environment professionals the opportunity to tour the Albert Park Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix Pit Building redevelopment, one of Australia's most significant mass timber projects currently under construction.
The project will deliver a new two-storey engineered timber facility featuring the largest timber roof structure by area built in Australia. Once complete, it will help secure Melbourne's place on the Formula 1 calendar through to 2037 and showcase the potential of timber in large-scale, high-profile developments.
Designed for architects and developers interested in mass timber construction, this exclusive event includes:
- Presentations from ICON, Woods Bagot, AECOM, ASH and Standstruct
- A guided site walk through the active construction site
- Insights into the design, engineering and delivery of a landmark timber project
- Post-tour networking at the Middle Park Hotel
