Congratulations to all category finalists and especially to the winners 360 Building Solutions and Light House Architecture & Science. This compact solar passive home design prioritises sustainability, comfort and accessibility. It boasts a 7.9-star energy rating, thanks to a well-insulated envelope. Additionally, a 7.92kW PV system not only powers the home but also charges the owner's electric car.
