In this course you will learn about the consultant’s best approach to using timber structures in mid-rise projects (4+ levels), their advantages when they are correctly designed and procured, and the specific considerations that this may require. In particular, the principles and processes to:
- Optimise design using the full range of Engineered Wood Products and systems
- Meet and exceed code requirements
- Achieve safety, speed and quality on site
This course is targeted at Project Managers, Quality Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Architects, Engineers, and their clients or project financiers (Developers, Builders, Insurers, Lenders), but beneficial for anyone in the industry interested in understanding more about mid-rise timber structures.
