This workshop takes a whole-of-process approach to selection and specification of timber-rich structural systems. It will explore available structural systems, connections and material options available today, and demonstrate timber construction in a range of small to large, and simple to complex structures.   

WoodSolutions newest timber design guide, ‘Wood Construction Systems’, will be launched at this workshop.  The Guide is designed to assist practising structural engineers and other building design professionals to confidently develop conceptual structural designs for timber-rich buildings and structures. It explores proven structural systems, connections, material options and design approaches, and offers a concise reference on the technical aspects of wood and timber products

This workshop is a must for all building design professionals including engineers, architects, building designers, developers, builders, certifiers, regulators and educators. CPD certificates of attendance are available for all professionals.
