WoodSolutions Workshop SA | Timber in carbon neutral environment

Description

With increasing pressure to reduce carbon emissions in the built environment, mass timber is stepping into the spotlight—and it's changing the way we design, build, and think about structures.

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll gain:

  • Real-World Insights – Learn from standout South Australian projects and global case studies that highlight how mass timber (like CLT and glulam) is transforming mid-to-high rise buildings.
  • Design & Engineering Know-How – Get practical guidance on how to effectively work with timber's unique properties and maximise its performance across different building types.
  • Future-Focused Knowledge – Stay ahead of the curve by understanding how timber contributes to carbon-neutral goals, and what this means for your work and your clients.
  • Professional Development – Walk away with deeper technical understanding and confidence to specify or design with mass timber in your next project.

Whether you’re just starting to explore timber or already working with it, this workshop will sharpen your skills, expand your network, and inspire your next move in sustainable building.
