The North Shore Pavilion is a public information hub, amenities block, and multi-functional community space, overlooking the Brisbane River.

The design engages with the changing community perception of Kingpin, using a striking curved ceiling made from 40,000 individual hardwood dowels to create a deluxe atmosphere. The functionality of the space is enhanced through the creation of differently themed mini-venues throughout.

This intimate venue is designed with a high level of acoustic performance. The auditorium interior, optimised for chamber music, is a musical instrument in itself, providing fullness, clarity, richness and warmth.
